Applications are closed as of 15 November 2011.

If you still need to send additional documents, these must be sent by mail or e-mail, and must include the following:

1. A complete programme;
2. An audio recording for the preliminary round;
3. In the case of students, a written approval of the teacher;
4. A curriculum vitae;
5. A copy of the Candidate’s ID or passport;
6. A photograph, suitable for reproduction in the programme book, and one publicity photo (both in colour, minimum resolution 300 dpi), preferably by e-mail as a JPEG file.

Suitability of these materials is at the sole discretion of the Organization. Documents submitted with applications cannot be returned to candidates.

Participation in the preliminary round is free of charge. However, a registration fee of € 100 (approximately $ 145 or £ 88) must be payed after admission to the quarter-final round.
